This quality policy has been communicated to all personnel and is understood, applied and kept up to date at all levels of the organisation and its effectiveness and compliance are regularly monitored.
The management establishes and reviews quality objectives, having as a reference framework the defined policy, establishing the responsibilities in its achievement, establishing the performance criteria and assigning the necessary resources, for the sake of achieving the generic objectives of the quality policy.
